About the Role
All candidates shall be capable of working at Heights (150’+) and sufficiently fit to traverse stair towers on multiple occasions over the course of the day.
A standout candidate for this position will possess considerable knowledge of construction materials, methods and procedures; ability to maintain field and office records; ability to perform complex quantity and engineering computations; ability to read and interpret plans and specifications; and ability to deal effectively with people. Proficiency with personal computers and software such as Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus. Familiarity with Connecticut Dept. of Transportation Site Manager, field documentation and recording procedures is a plus.

Requirements
Experience:
At least 2 years employment in civil, highway or appropriate engineering field of which at least 2 year shall be in field inspection activities.
Minimum Certifications/Training: NACE CIP 2 or SSPC BCI 1.
Education:
High School or Equivalent
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Required)
National Institute for Certification in Engineering Tech (Preferred)
